This was perfect for our stay. My 16 year old son and I were in town on a quick trip for a concert (BILLIE EILISH!!) and we had everything we needed. The bed is really comfortable, the kitchen is lovely and everything was clean inside as well as the grounds outside. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t use the pool but it looked clean as well. There’s a cute little bodega within walking distance that had the perfect snacks for our 2-day stay. The owner was very kind and responded quickly to my many questions (anxious traveler). Would stay again for sure! Thanks again!

Great stay! Very reasonable price for a very nice place, in a fantastic location in easy walking distance from everything I needed. Kudos to the property owner for excellent communication, with prompt responses to all of my questions. Pro tip: Cibo is a block away, and has the best pizza in AZ!

The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all needed amenities. Area is very nice and walkable, Ubers come quickly and if you have a car, there’s free assigned parking—super close to downtown and pretty much anywhere else in Phoenix. The property was gated so that felt very safe as well. Highly recommend!
