Pool can be heated to 80-85 degrees, weather permitting. Spacious interior with 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, huge game room with ping pong, darts, board games and more, a formal living room and a fully equipped kitchen open to the family room and additional dining in the kitchen. The backyard is a so spacious with an electric HEATED pool, BBQ, outdoor bar seating, putting green, large covered patio, basketball court and a giant grass back yard. There is a pool fence for the little ones under six. Pool does have heater, $50 per night to heat pool. Pool can be heated to 80-85 degrees weather permitting. Pool heat must be ordered a minimum of 48 hours before arrival. Large 2 CAR GARAGE available for your use. Easy access to the Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex. A few miles North of Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out. A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. And if you head North, you will be in Scottsdale in about 30 minutes. So much to do and see. This is about a 40-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day. House Rules: Children must be supervised at all times. Pool gate must be closed when children under six are at the property. Pets are permitted with approval. Additional fees and deposits may apply. Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can. No Smoking Allowed. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house. The whole house is yours. Spacious 5 bedroom 3 bath home with a great back yard, patio, pool and BBQ out back. Plenty of room to park with a 2 car garage and driveway. We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona. Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation. Easy access to the Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex. A few miles North Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining. The noise from a hot ping pong game doesn’t interfere with watching tv in the family room. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are great and pillows are quality. Bathrooms stocked w soap, shampoo, conditioner AND toilet paper. I brought my own since most other places leave 1 roll. There were also extra paper towels. Not a huge deal but indicative of owners who want to provide all the small conveniences and very much appreciated. The backyard is amazing. Gorgeous pool and lots of play room. The neighborhood feels safe and secure. I’ve never felt at home like we did in this place. The downstairs bedroom is nice and quiet as sound doesn’t travel from the upstairs. All in all, this could be the place we’ve rented.
