This former builder model is a ground floor unit that overlooks an expansive lush greenbelt in the Village III Community, a fantastic Central Scottsdale location. This 2 Bed, 2 Bath end unit features an open floorplan and is loaded with upgrades like beautiful travertine tile in the living spaces, custom cabinets in kitchen and baths, granite countertops, recessed lighting, a spacious master with private exit to covered patio, and a walk in master shower with glass block. The second master also has it's own patio with slider access and bath with a relaxing soaking tub and upgraded fixtures. The comfy family room is perfect for a romantic night in or entertaining family and friends. If you are here for relocation and will be working from home, there's 150MB Wifi and a large desk to suit your needs. Basic cable is included in the family room. All 3 TV's (the family room, master, and 2nd Master) offer Streaming with Samsung Smart Cast with over 100 free channels. This community has a heated spa and pool, tennis courts, walking trails, and easy access to the 101 Pima freeway. Golfers can enjoy 4 great courses within 4 miles of the condo and TPC Scottsdale is 7 miles away.  
Central Scottsdale is a shopping and dining hub, offering a mix of boutiques, chain stores, upscale restaurants and small independent grocers. Shea Boulevard has wonderful cafes, pizzerias, spas and a movie theater. Nearby nightlife options include 2 great sports bars, a Western-themed live music pub, and a top rated brewery.  
The Villages III location also has medical facilities including Honor Health Scottsdale Shea and Mayo Clinic in close proximity.  
Minimum 30 day stay. Only small pets under 20 lbs allowed per HOA.  
Seasonal Pricing applies. Refundable Deposit $700  
Utility cap of $100/mo that owner includes in rental price applies for months of May - September. Tenant pays overage with bill provided.  
All other utilities are included in the rental rate.
