Cute place in downtown Phoenix

The property is very cute and quiet. Small space but open light and refreshing. Only thing that wasn’t my favorite was finding parking which was mostly no issue, except for the weekend.

Vince was very on top of the process, details were laid out for us before check in and it was simple. Fun little studio apartment. It's a great location, if you're in need of some sort of night life or need a place for a date night, this is where you should stay. The pool is a fun hangout spot in the middle of the building, love the mid-century modern vibes. The studio itself is clean and has everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows - huge deal. Will be back when we need another staycation.

First and foremost Vince was an amazing host, all of my questions were answered in emails timely. The studio was absolutely beautiful and user friendly. I really liked that I was in close proximity to my work and social scene. The only downfall would be not having an elevator. I had to carry my suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Overall, I was able to get my muscle strengthening exercises in. Lbvs…

Host had good communication and room was very clean. The one downside was parking I would say it would be very good for someone who is using an uber but if you bring your own car it’s very hard to find parking especially at night.
