Whether you are here for business or pleasure come enjoy our luxury resort style condo in a spectacular location! Enjoy the ground-floor, single-story golf course view unit that features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms within a gated community plus garage parking! The community amenities are fantastic and include a heated outdoor pool (heated during colder months), a hot tub, chaise lounges, outdoor shower, drinking fountain, gas BBQ grills, covered and uncovered dining tables and a fitness room! Next to the fitness room are restrooms and drinking fountain.



If you love to golf be sure to get in a round or two at the 27-hole golf course at the Westin Kierland which is in walking distance. The TPC is also just minutes away. Enjoy one of the area’s most unique shopping, dining and entertainment destinations at Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter just a mile away. Easy access to the freeway and close to Mayo Clinic. So come see all Scottsdale has to offer including golf, fine dining, shopping, spring training and numerous hiking trails.



*Parking: Garage parking for 2 w/ direct access into the ground level condo. There is additional uncovered parking spots available on a first come, first serve basis in the complex for a fee of $5.00 per day or $100 for the month. If additional parking is needed the fee is to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.

This single story condo has a great floor plan. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals including a kitchen table seating for 4 plus 2 barstools at the kitchen counter, microwave, stove/oven, fridge, cookware, utensils, and a traditional coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is the dining area table seating for another 4. The living room features a large sectional sofa, recliner, 46” Smart TV with Cable, gas fireplace and on those cooler evenings and or mornings relax and enjoy the beautiful golf course views under the open covered patio just off the living room with outdoor seating/dining.



Retreat to the Master bedroom that features a King size bed, 40" smart TV with Cable, dresser, walk in closet and private master bathroom that has double sinks, walk in shower and separate tub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and dresser. The Guest bathroom has tub/shower combo and a single sink.



Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Overall impression is good. The property and grounds are well maintained and a great little patio looking onto Keirland. Having a garage was a welcomed bonus. The bedrooms have carpeting that were vacuumed however there was several stains in the main bedroom. The a/c unit is extremely loud and the fan is outside 2nd bedroom making it difficult to sleep. There was 1 day when water was turned off from 7AM to 2 PM so we had to alter our plans and wake up extra early to get shower and breakfast complete before water was turned off. The unit does have everything you would need in a kitchen and bathroom and it is well maintained
