ADDITIONAL DETAILS Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, in house laundry room, central air, 2 tv's, free WIFI, 3 patios and patio furniture. Beautiful neighborhood, great views from backyard sitting area close to golf and hiking. The condo had very large bedrooms with contained bathrooms, large closets, and exterior porches on the second floor and a decent size bedroom with a nearby bathroom on the first floor. Perfect for adult couples or families with children. Heated pool and hot tub at the community building with a workout room as well. This property is has it all….a lovely, spacious home, comfiest beds ever, views of two mountain areas from the main patio along with 2 other patios. Kitchen has everything you need. Home is steps away from outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. The location is great as it is not far to groceries, eateries, and hiking. So many great hikes within close driving distance. We especially enjoyed gorgeous hiking in the Peralta trails area. Wow!Jo and Melissa were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed all of the vegetation out the back patio, listened to the birds and watched the quail. The walk along the dry creek bed was out the back door and pool/hot tub a quick walk from the place.
