Very nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in central Phoenix, safe and comfortable for all. Amazing value with close access to Sky Harbor airport, Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Phx, baseball spring training facilities, and upscale shopping. Camelback Mountain hiking trails are only 10 minutes away. There is a great selection of restaurants in the neighborhood. Pets will love the Park behind the house. Cul De Sac. Very quit and safe. Great neighbors. Side yard and dog run and it's all yours. Walking distance to Sprouts grocery and restaurants. This house is located in the best part of Phoenix where everyone wants to live.
