This property is adjacent to St. Joseph hospital Medical Center and Barrows Neurological Institution, near the Phoenix Art Museum, the Arizona Opera House and Encanto Golf Course. I would offer one suggestion only - leave some instructions in the condo about the entry/gates/key fob.
