Great hotel within walking distance to everything

Great hotel within walking distance to everything in town. We were there for work at the local expo center. It's about a 5-10 min drive and when we were done for the evening we could any number of restaurants within a close walking distance. The hotel staff was great and the rooms where minimal, but had everything we needed. Including an iron, hair dryer, and fridge. The only bad thing we had to say was that the beds are really hard. We'll be back in July for our next show!

Parking is terrible.

I hardly got any sleep because I had to park a block away from the hotel and I was worried about the safety of my vehicle.

One night stay

Stayed for one night. Hotel right on main strip of town. Good staff. Clean room although little tight but good for what needed. Parking is 2 blocks away but free. For a quick overnight stay was more than good enough. Continental breakfast was cereal bagels or muffins. No frills but not bad. Would use again when back in area as price was right

Nice small place, almost no parking

Nice little hotel practically in the middle of town. Desk service was great. I felt welcomed and that's always important. Only thing I didn't like is the fact that the hotel doesn't have a parking lot. There is a small 7 car lot I was able to park in, but with 20 rooms and what seemed like a crowded little town, parking was horrible. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay.

if you want to sleep

it was ok. the room was very small and the band in the basement kept my self and my kids up all night! so if you want to sleep don't stay here on the weekends

Great location

Our stay was pleasant the staff were very accommodating and the hotel was nice , it was very easy to find. We will stay again in the future and would recommend this hotel to our friends

Convenient hotel in Phoenixville

Pros: The location.
Cons: More parking and improve the breakfast.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shops in downtown Phoenixville.
This hotel works well since we want to be in Phoenixville. The room was nice. The breakfast is very basic, but adequate. We have family nearby so the Mainstay Inn is much closer than staying in King of Prussia where there is a larger selection of hotels. Parking is always a challenge at the hotel. The hotel works well for adults, but I probably would not recommend staying here with young children.

Family visit

Location was perfect for visiting family in Phoenixville, but this is also the only hotel that is right in town. Room was a little tight for a family of four. Dated, but clean. In need of minor repair. Seeing as it's the only game in town, we would probably stay again.

Quaint, comfortable

Bed was very comfortable. Our stay was short, and eventful, so not much time spent in room. The room was sufficient for our means (hot water, shower, clean place to rest) but the rooms and hotel itself could use some updating.

pretty run down - avoid if you can

Pros: Staff were great
Cons: Renovate the place and put in heaters that actually work.
This hotel is incredibly dingy. The building smells old and dirty. The "continental breakfast" is cereal and some apples, and if you're lucky you'll get some stale bagels. There isn't even a place to sit and eat the food. The rooms don't have desks to sit at. The first room I was put in had a heater that was either full blast or off, and the second room had a heater that would turn off sometime in the middle of the night and need a manual reset around 3am. The staff were friendly enough, but this is not a very good hotel.
