I like the location but the rooms are very dated and not well kept. Maid service is only once every 3 days so that is problematic. Also a bit overpriced for a property that needs updates. Not enough electrical outlets and internet unreliable.

The staff lies to the customer, says they will respond to the reservation center but does not. Hundreds of dollars lost...shame on Expedia and this hotel. very noisy room with bedbugs a pestilential smell in the bathroom. offers to contact Expedia for reimbursement and claims to validate given the conditions but despite their words they do nothing. To flee, never again.

DO NOT STAY HERE OR ANY OTHER APK CONGLOMERATE PROPERTIES. ^ there is like 3 APK resorts in Phuket and this one in particular is a dump on the outskirts, be prepared to stay in a desolate abandoned building with no service whatsoever. This is not even worthy of 1 star. No hot water, no room service. Basically everything advertised is a con. Definitely not safe for women either. I have asked expedia to look into removing this property from their platform so it doesn’t happen to anyone else - let’s hope it does not.

最悪なホテルでした。 部屋も古いし、汚いし、値段の割に最悪度合いがひどすぎる。 いくつか私が感じた点をピックアップすると、まず全体的にフルすぎる、そしてコストとのバランスが悪すぎる、Huluに入ろうと思ったが、汚いので帰るなと言われて、別のホテルのプールを案内された、別途横のランプをコンセントに挿したときに断線していたようで、感電しまった、お湯がそもそも出ない、掃除もしない、お礼も言わない、と大差でなく、普通にひどいホテルでした。 二度と泊まりません。

J'ai passé un enfer à l'hôtel APK Phuket. Le bruit était assourdissant toute la nuit, les portes claquaient sans arrêt, et les moustiques m'ont littéralement dévorée. Malgré un répulsif, j'ai été piquée des dizaines de fois. Les moustiques semblaient provenir des aérations ou de trous dans la chambre. Je n'ai pas pu fermer l'œil de la nuit. Cet hôtel ne se soucie visiblement que de l'argent, au détriment du confort et de la santé de ses clients. À fuir !

Inte alltid bild stämmer med verkligheten.

Hotellet är finare på bild än i verkligheten. Vi hade större förväntningar. Finns väldigt mycket att skriva. De har "lite" att jobba med. De serverar inte lunch och middag. Finns ingen bar. Ingen transport till stranden. Ingen städning på söndag eller helgdag. Ingen genom gång av hur hotellet fungerar. Ingen välkomst dryck. Nyårs afton funkade inte Wifi. Enligt APK var det i hela området som visade sig att det bara var deras hotell. HKP Resort var utan beslysning på kvällen. Städningen var till belåtenhet. 31/12 och 1/1 var det speciell frukost = vi behövde inte betala. 31/12 var brödrosten borttagen. I stort sett bara frukt. Priset som vi har betalt var för högt. Hade vi vetat i förväg så hade vi fixat egen frukost. Ingen badade i deras pooler. Den ena var väldigt smutsig.

Un sejour tres compliqué... l'adresse indiquée n'est pas correcte, il faut soit être capable de sauter par dessus un égout à ciel ouvert ou contourner l'immeuble et l'entrée est au fond d'une impasse. Ils nous ont donné une premiere chambre sale et vétuste: drap sales, serviettes usées au point detre déchirées, le frigo qui sentait le pourri et un vis à vis directe avec l'hôtel en face (on aurait pu serrer la main du voisin de l'hôtel en face sans trop forcer), des fourmis partout, et une chambre qui na pas du etre rénovée depuis au moins 25 ans. On retourne à la réception pour un remboursement et la on nous demande pourquoi alors on fait le tour de la chambre ils disent quils sont désolés et nous proposent de passer sur une chambre supérieure dès le lendemain. Les options étant limitées en cette periode nous acceptons sur la base de photos instagram qu'on nous promet conformes. Nous aurions dû rester sur le remboursement. La chambre etait certes plus grande avec un balcon et une baignoire balnéo(que nous n'avons pas testée) mais le balcon donne sur les égouts de la ville je vous laisse imaginer les odeurs. Les draps sont toujours aussi sales (tâches de sang entre autres) et sentent le moisi, setes egalement et elles sont rêches au possible, l'eau chaude marche par intermittence et je ne vous parle pas du rideau de douche completement sale, des cafards sont présents dans les chambres Certes ce n'est pas loin des points d'intérêts mais le quartier est la decharge du secteur

We were sent to a different property, The bed was like the worst mattress you could ever pick up from any dumpsite you could feel every spring in the complete side of the mattress had failed springs through it, The lift down button didn’t work, so we had to go down to the next floor to catch the lift. The photos look amazing but the actual property is extremely dated and rundown, wifi only in the lobby area. We were going to transfer to one of their other hotels the Three by APK, only to find by another stayer that they had no running water in the whole hotel for over three days and the problem still wasn’t rectified. We were then transferred to the a APK resort and spa near Bangla Road, which was certainly much nicer but the sound of drunk tourists into the early hours of the morning as well as music and coming from the downstairs restaurant until 11 pm every night was not ideal. The staff were very good and did everything they could to help us out and even admitted that the resort we had initially been placed in was very bad . I think they could spend a little bit of money on a few of the hotels to replace mattresses and get the basics right and we would’ve been comfortable but unfortunately they are missing the mark on just the simple basics that are required and this ended up taking a couple of days Out of our trip just mucking around with getting hotels sorted. I personally wouldn’t book with this particular company again at this time.

APK Skrekkens Hotell

Ask Resort ligger I en bakgate, med åpen kloakk i veien inn til Hotellet. Ved ankomst var personell lite imøtekomne, de skulle ha 1000 bath i depositum, dette måtte jeg ut på byen for og skaffe før jeg kunne få nøkkelen til rommet. Hotellet hadde ved ankomst ikke varmt vann, dette jobbet de med fikk jeg beskjed om. etter 3 netter med kaldt vann i dusjen, satte jeg forten ned og ba om refusjon eller sjefen. Ble da overflyttet til APK The Three, et hotell i meget dårlig stand. Her var det fullstendig mangel på vedlikehold, oppe ved bassenget manglet det bord i trapper, det var hull i terrasse, med fare for fall på 2 meter. Overvåkningskameraet på bassenget datt ned i vinden mens vi var der, dette ble hengende å dingle i en ledning. Rekkverket var rustet av å flere punkter ned mot feste i taket og var dermed helt løst, dette var fikset med og sette blomsterpotter på innsiden, slik at ikke noen skulle støtte seg opp etter dette. (her snakker vi om 9 etasje) Hotellet gikk tom for vann flere kvelder. Vi måtte tigge til oss toalettpapir 4 ganger i resepsjonen, på slutten gjemte vi rullen som hang på toalettet, bare for og ha en i reserve. Hotellet ligger midt i et meget trafikk belastet kryss. i tillegg ligger det et marked rett på siden som det spilles musikk 7 dager i uken til 2-3 på natten. Vi bodde i 8 etasje og hadde 65-75db i sengen med verandadøren på gløtt. 60db med døren lukket Frokost området ble det målt 90db Et hotell som absolutt ikke kan anbefales.

Freundliches Thailand

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfbereit und die Zimmer wurden täglich gut gereinigt. Im Prospekt des APK Resort wird mit einem Pool auf dem Dach geworben, doch es gibt drei verschiedene Häuser mit unterschiedlicher Ausstattung. In unserem Haus gab es nur einen Pool zum erfrischen im Eingangsbereich. Auch die WLAN Nutzung war nur im Eingangsbereich möglich. Bis zum Strand sind es nur 10 Minuten, eine schöne kleine Wanderung. Eine Hauptstraße in der Nähe verursacht einigen Lärm.

Очень грязный отель с плохим завтраком

Номер дали с большим балконом и видом на горы. Таких номеров в отеле около 7. Остальным не повезло, у них вид либо на стройку, либо на крышу соседнего здания, либо на реку, которая выполняет функции открытой канализации. Убирали плохо. Полотенца в номере всегда с неприятным затхлым запахом. Бассейна на крыше НЕТ. Фото бассейна на крыше от соседнего отеля Three by APK. Лифт заслуживает отдельного внимания - очень медленный и очень душный. Ужасный завтрак - пережаренная яичница и сосиски НЕ из мяса. Персонал хамоватый и ленивый. Тысячу раз пожалел, что выбрал этот отель. Пришлось мириться со всеми этими минусами на протяжении трех недель.

Personale che insulta i clienti Mai avuto acqua calda Soltanto due asciugamani in bagno Pulizia scarsa Wi-Fi inesistente Camera superior spaziosa e letto confortevole Piscina in foto molto carina, dal vivo semplicemente un corridoio di acqua sporca! Misrepresented property. Do not stay here

I have tried to email your office to ask for a refund on my stay. I would appreciate a reply. The photos on your site do not represent this property. They must be decades old and the cleaning staff left at the same time. They checked me into a different property because they had overbooked the property where I booked but that was terrible also.
