Stayed for 6 nights over xmas 2019. Were given a 'free upgrade' upon arrival but were left feeling very underwhelmed at the condition of the room. Whilst clean, it was extremley outdated, tired and did not reflect the photos from Hotels.com or the price we had paid. In fairness to the hotel, they were very quick to apologise and resolve this, providing us with a suite which felt more in line with our booking costs.
The restaurants at the hotel were uninspiring and despite the busy time of year were very quiet, as such didnt each in any of them. Breakfast was included with our stay and was satisfactory.
Pool area was great for families, however, there were a few points such as loose tiles or broken slats which had the potential to cause accidents and should be rectified for future guests.
After walking around the Kata bay, this hotel does appear to be one of the best on offer, particularly for families. The shuttle bus is both helpful and at hourly intervals throughout the day down to the beach front, however, this is a walkable distance for those wishing to.
All in all, happy with our stay but may opt to look for a different bay in Phuket if we are to return.
