room is excellent front desk is a disaster, there is no support for the only person at the desk and line was 6 long the manager was out socializing with the guests in the lobby rather than providing the desk person support clearly under manned trash can next to front desk was over loaded and the manager did not notice not a good experience new manager might help, one who supports his/her staff
