The staff were lovely. I had to ask to have the room cleaned every couple of days though which isn’t ideal with sand everywhere. Pool was nice but just checked in down the road at seaside resort and it’s the same price for much nicer amenities. Good location. Breakfast buffet was 4/10.

Was exactly as expected from other reviews. Building feels a little older, but rooms are extremely clean and super comfortable. Staff was all fantastic! Spent 6 nights here and could not be happier. Highly recommend if you are searching for this price point.

The Hotel was better than expected. Its not luxury but it is clean common areas and rooms . Has reasonable balcony not much of a view but nice and private. Close to beach and pool is decent. Would come back specifically for the price and comfort.

Very well maintained hotel. My deluxe room was spacious, with both a bath and shower. Balcony with table and chairs and very thoughtful drying line for towels and bathers. Also provided two chairs and a table in the room, a working safety deposit box and TV with many choice for channels. Housekeeping daily with fresh towels and sheets. Pool area was cleaned daily and the pool water was a very comfortable temperature. The hotel is situauted in the perfect area of Kata Beach only a very short walk to the night market, bus stop and South end of the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for all of the above reasons at a very reasonable rate.

There was a man who stood at the hotel entrance every day, constantly expecting tips from guests. I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like he was imposing on people for money. If you didn’t tip him, he ignored you completely. I found myself avoiding the entrance just to avoid being pressured.
