“The whole thing in general was terrible they wanted you to pay a $30 deposit for the TV remote on top of that the linens were absolutely disgusting the comforter on one side was brown there was burn holes in the sheets on top of roaches coming out of the phone and the fridge and there was bed bugs when I informed the manager she just looked at me and smiled and said okay”

“The floors were not clean in our room, so we made sure to keep our shoes on. I wore white slippers and was quite appalled by the dirt on the bottom at the end of our stay. The bathroom was nice but smelled like a sewer. Everything else in the room was perfect, and I cannot say enough good things about the rest of the property and the amenities. All staff members were wonderful, and the bartenders were amazing!”
