“We were coming from out of town for a few days to tour some properties for sale in the surrounding areas and Colyn's place was the most convenient location. Cons first: The house is quite small. My husband kept saying he felt like a giant (tight hallway, small door frames, etc). Probably the biggest drawback for us was the proximity to the road - it is on a much busier road than we anticipated and you can definitely hear vehicle traffic all night. “Enjoyed my stay! Loved the walk-in shower!Being an old guy, I could have used brighter lighting over the bathroom and kitchen sink. The hood light wouldn’t come on as well. Not real tech savvy, I couldn’t get the Fire-stick to work. Would also suggest having some salt, granulated onion and garlic in the spice cupboard. All in all I would consider staying at this property again. The location was good as well!”

“I don't think I could possibly say enough to express how great this place really is. We stayed for 10 days and had a fantastic time. The cabin is clean, cozy and very comfortable. It's close enough to several towns to get what you need but far enough to enjoy the beauty, peace and quiet of rural Tennessee. Slim and Bonnie are fantastic hosts! They checked in every couple days to make sure we had everything we need. I can't say enough, we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend staying……

“The property is charming, but small areas. In my opinion not appropriate for large dogs. Small to medium only.My husband wanted to alert you about the pool table since he has an avid pool table player, that the cue sticks need chalk. Maybe replace the sticks.Neighborhood is charming and safe!”
