"The hotel was very clean, efficient and exellently located for catching the Metro and walking. We felt very safe in the area. The reception area had a plentiful supply of hot and cold drinks and snacks, all FOC which was very nice to try after a long day walking about. We would definitely visit again."

"Love the heritage feel of Hotel Langlois proper to the area. Big room although dated and floors squeak somewhat. Room with character. Flushing noise through bathroom pipe might annoy guests. Cannot beat the location next to Saint Lazare 14 Metro Line and 10 minutes walk to Gare Saint Lazare and Galleries Lagayette"

"My wife and went to Paris as part of our 35th wedding anniversary celebration. We found Hotel Literraire Marcel Ayme to be very charming, and strikingly quaint. The hotel is themed with all things "Marcel Ayme" It was a great experience walking the area and such a great offering of dining, markets and boutiques. A special thank you to Caroline, at the front desk. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We definitelt recommend this hotel. And we hope to be back soon. "

"The gentleman that worked at the front desk during the day time ( he’s been in Paris for 3 years) we forgot his name. Was absolutely amazing! He was there to help our every need. The night staff was ok but can’t compare to the young man on day shift. We love the snacks and our room with a view. Just felt stuffy. We are from America so we need air conditioning to breathe better. The hotel was in a perfect area to shops and restaurants. Very walkable but we did get lost a few times lol. We just hopped in a cab to get back to the hotel. "
