For extra comfort, a handrail has also been installed in the bathroom to make shower and tub access even more convenient. The side entrance provides stair-free access to this ranch home with convenient parking just steps from the side door. Please note there are stairs and a railing at the front door. Additionally, for safety, there's a camera doorbell installed and a camera on the corner of house overlooking the garage and extended parking area. The house features single-level living, with only three stairs and a railing leading to the game room. Ample free parking is available, including a spacious driveway and an extended 70' x 25' parking area suitable for large trailers, boats, and multiple vehicles—ideal for accommodating guests. We'll even share our Christmas list of favorite attractions and shows with you, as we've spent the past week exploring them ourselves. Our hosts were amazing and always there if we needed them. House was very clean and my mom even wished she had some of the home decor. The location was on point and so easy to get to everything. Great parking since we had two Ford F250s and it was easy to get in and out of. Would stay here again for sure. It had everything we needed for the 5 of us. It was handicap accessible for my daughter which was important (except for the game room which was fine). The house was large enough, very close to all the Pigeon Forge activities, and just met all of our expectations.If we ever visit Pigeon Forge again, I would definitely look into renting this house again.And if you have people who like games, the pool table, air hockey, foosball, arcade, ping pong tables and shuffleboard will keep you entertained for hours while just chilling waiting to go out and do things outside the house.If you like board games or card games, bring your own. The ones in the closet weren't really that impressive and were meant mostly for kids 10 and under, but that's really just a side note and not really too important.TV is a smart TV so we were able to watch all of our subscription shows without any problems when we retired for the night. Also TVs in every room.Beds were comfortable. The starting package with shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper, etc was great. The house has every game you can think of. The location was great, right off the main drag but in a very quiet location. It was really easy to get to all of the places in Pigeon Forge. Easily slept 10 people and pet. The location is great. You are in the middle of everything but not bothered by all the sounds since you’re slightly off the parkway. We found it easy access to most things we like to do. Great location near everything in Pigeon Forge, with a private feel. We’ve stayed in many rental properties over the years, and this one entertained everyone from young teens to grandparents. The pool table, darts, air hockey, video game, foosball and ping pong made for an action packed week. Between the great attractions in the area, and the games at the house, there was never a dull moment. Slept 5 adults and 4 teens with no issues. Highly recommended for family vacations in this area. They, however, hate the steep roads and curves to some of the cabins in the area. This property is right off the main parkway with no steep roads. The house was exactly as listed, and the owners were easy to communicate with if we had an issue.
