“This hotel has recently been " remodeled". The furnishings and rooms look nice.... However, it seems they didn't solve the mold problem and just tried to cover it up with new flooring, etc. We left within a few hours due to the mold, and having a reaction. The room was also very dirty. Hair and dirt in the shower, on the floor, and the sheets were dirty. Lobby man apologized and said he would give us a refund, but never followed through. Also, the indoor pool was like a cold plunge. Water……

“The Oaks Victorian Inn is a beautiful old house. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, and friendly efficient staff. Our breakfast was delicious and delivered with a smile. Check in is easy self service, however the proprietors we don’t think live on the property. And if that is an issue for you, it’s good to know going into your stay. I would definitely recommend. Great stay! ”
