“Very poorly maintained all over. Our room smelled really bad of smoke- possibly pot smoke. Our kids found a roach in their bed and we found another on the ceiling right outside the breakfast area! We had already had to move rooms once due to someone smoking pot outside his room and yelling at someone on his phone, so we weren’t about to move a second time. The front desk wasn’t sympathetic and just blamed the roaches on the rain. They wouldn’t discount that night, but we got off the hook……

“Staff were great. There is no pool, it was filled in with concrete. The room was not clean. Marks all over the walls, bath tub was dirty, lamp shades were gross, and mini fridge did not get very cold. Checked the bed with a black light and it was actually very clean and comfortable. AC did work well also. It was a place to sleep that is about it. Breakfast options were very limited. Cereal, waffles, yogurt, bagels, eggs and sausage. No biscuits or gravy though.”

“Very nice hotel, dog friendly, just have money set aside for the buffet breakfast in the morning it’s not provided.”

“The hotel shower handle wasn't attached. There was rust on the shower head. The floors in the hallway were stained and sunkin in shops the elevator floor was cracked ceiling falling in. Pool was shut down by health department. There was a bug on the pillows. And front desk was rude. She stated that only four humans per room when I paid for 6 adults and only four adults and one child stayed. The beds were stained.”

“Room had a lingering trace of cigarette smoke even when the policy clearly prohibits smoking. No refund was given despite the fact I did not stay there because of the smell of smoke.”

“I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop.”
