We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt. It is beautiful and very convenient located. The front staff was very knowledgeable. The restaurant/bar was also very accommodating. Sitting out on the balcony listening to river street was one of my favorite memories The parking on a busy summer weekend could have been a bit better but they still did the best they could. Overall a wonderful experience and we would definitely return.

The manager in the restaurant was RUDE!! and served us food that we had to send back..I had to ask hotel management for corporate's number to make a complaint but the hotel manager (Chris) and all other staff members were AMAZING..I would definitely stay there again..

The carpet in the room was damp. Smelled must. It was hot in the halls. The lady who checked us in was rude. The bar served drinks in plastic cups. Restaurant area was grimey.

So nice! Received an upgrade upon arrival. Staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend. The only thing I didn’t care for was the $48 a day parking and when pulling back the sheet (supposed to be the “fitted” sheet…or else I probably wouldn’t have pulled it back) I seen a stain on the mattress pad. Other than that everything was awesome!

Great location on the river. Very safe and easy walk to shopping and dining. The hotel staff were nice and eager to help. The morning buffet breakfast was terrible. Big selection but! The cold offerings were hot and the hot offerings were cold. Hence my wife and I got extremely sick . Be careful you eat. It ruined a great vacation.

The riverfront room gave us a spectacular view of all the container ships traveling back and forth from the port. Room was spacious, meticulously cleaned every day. Staff assisted us with transportation to restaurants. I was disappointed in the small pool across from the workout area.

Valet parking only. Public parking across the street for $10 a day versus hotel $48 a day. Small pool and gym. Food options are great. Breakfast is worth the $25 buffet. Best options i seen in a hotel. Hotel is in the heart of riverfront.

I would say that having a live band play in an atrium corridor until 9 o’clock is not the best idea of a good time for those who are trying to relax or sleep. When I called down to ask how long they were going to play, the receptionist was Kurt and fact full, but not pleasant to talk to.

We absolutely loved the King Terrace room. It wasn’t what we expected, it was better. We met a number of people on the terrace and enjoyed the atmosphere and company.

Don’t book through 3rd party sites. Expedia dropped the ball! My particular heartburn is that I paid for a King size room with a river/atrium view. When I arrived, it wasn’t available. They offered two beds with a city view, but what I got was a room that faced an empty court. The staff were completely embarrassed and said that this is a marketing ploy to occupy undesirable rooms. Free valet doesn’t fix this at all. I was totally disappointed with Expedia.
