"Let me start by saying we have stayed in this hotel in the past. It was much better a few years ago. This trip was not so good! I reserved a job bed, this was not what we got. I went to the front desk and inquired, they told me they were booked solid. The room smelled like mold. We went and bought Febreze heavy duty and this did nothing for the smell. When I checked in I was asked by front desk staff if we wanted our room serviced Saturday with fresh towels and bed made. I said you please. Returned Saturday after a long day of sightseeing and no bed made or fresh towels. Each time we left the hotel and returned our room keys would not work. We had to go to front desk to have them reprogrammed. I went a to the front desk to have keys reprogrammed and ask for fresh towels as the room was not serviced, and front desk staff said it should have been. She handed me fresh towels and two bottles of water. This is not a hotel we will return to in the future."
