“El encargado del check-in fue muy amable; nos brindó todas la guía necesaria para un ingreso a altas horas de la noche. Ingresamos agotados, directo a dormir. Al despertar al día siguiente y salir de la cama vimos que las sábanas tenían manchas de los huéspedes anteriores. El lavamanos e inodoro no estaban limpios, los paños usados. En resumen, la habitación no fue limpiada. Una experiencia muy desagrable. Reportamos lo ocurrido a nuestro contacto, y decidimos abandonar el hotel y buscar otro……

“This is the only place I stay when I am in the area. The concierge is friendly, helpful and communicates prior to your arrival to make sure everything is smooth. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Also, the kitchen contains all of the basics if you want to cook during your stay. I have visited a few other hotels in the area and this one is home for me. The best!”
