"If I was to build a vacation home for myself, it would be exactly this. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and convenient to local attractions. The parking area is uncovered but inside the locked gate, so very secure; it was a snug fit, but with practice I was able to park my compact SUV with ease. "We had an amazing time at The Point! Steve was an amazing host quick to respond and give us any assistance we needed. The front grate security was great and the maintenance team on the property even gave us fresh mango’s! We surfed, are amazing food in Avellanas (high recommend the Corazon surf cafe and La Purruja). The atmosphere was incredible and we got to lay out by the pool while some Howler Monkeys swung through the trees surrounding us!"

"The property was a 5 - 10 min drive to Avellanas Beach that is beautiful plus enjoyed eating at Lola’s located right on the beach. The house was well equipped with a modern kitchen, all the amenities, including coffee, spices oils, etc. facilitating meal preparation. The rooms were very nice as were the seating areas outside. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and pretty much had it to ourselves. We had other friends staying at a more expensive property who were disappointed to find light...
