“My wife and I came up for a long weekend, found this cabin online, and it was perfect for our plans. We spent a rainy morning inside reading, then headed out to see the park and the town of Mentone. Repeat for 2 more days, except without the rain. Being able to fix breakfast in the cabin was a real timesaver for us. We also found the place to be super clean with many thoughtful items like a few K-cups and a thermostat remote that we took upstairs with us at night.”

“loved the place and area, only issue was it did seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned before we arrived and found someone’s socks under the pull out couch. But overall everything else was great! ”

“I reserved for a fishing tournament and needed a place to shower and sleep. Really cute and as described in photos and description. There is another cabin directly infront of this one and we had enough space for 3 trucks and boats. Evenings were nice in rocker on porch ”

The kitchen is set up well for a cook with plenty of equipment and room, and the layout well thought out to keep everyone involved. It is also not too close to neighbors, but a short drive to Mentone and Desoto. We will be back in the spring for hiking weather! Thank you for having a great place!”
