A gem of a restaurant (tried and tested before) in the most stunning location. Staff were excellent, so helpful. Food was delicious as always. Great choices for the delicious breakfast and lovely meeting Angela, the lovely owner. It was very comfortable, spatious, well equipped - especially the livng room. And it was quiet! It is situated in a perfect location, close to the river, the Festival Theatre and the Hydro dam, with its excellent visitor centre. The town centre is across the beautiful River Tay, but quickly accessed via a footbridge. This was our first stay here and what a lovely discovery it was! The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in gorgeous surroundings, which really made the morning special. The location is fantastic — set by the river and theatre, with plenty of beautiful walks right on the doorstep. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting the Heartland Festival nearby, and ideally placed for the theatre which we intend to do on a future trip. Rooms were lovely and the bed very comfortable. Very comfortable bed & everything you needed. Couldn't do enough for us to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast good. Didn't have dinner, but food looked great. Unusual place, quirky might be how to describe it.
