This hotel is located near the airport. The room was comfortable. I struggled with the cleanliness of the property. The stairwells were unkept, dirty garage cans and floors were not vacuumed very well. I found a dirty washcloth in the tub and mucus on the pen by the bedside. These things made me wondered about the hygiene of the room.

We made a reservation for an overnight stay. We went through the check in process, received our rome key, went to the room and opened the door. We were immediately hit with a smell like someone just walked out of the room after smoking a couple pack of cigarettes. When we decided that this was not the hotel for us we asked for the reservation to be cancelled. The lady said she was going to process the return to Expedia. The photo of the lobby area is accurate, but once you walk passed that area you cross into a very different picture, not the good kind.

Please ignore the fake, positive reviews. First the system was down when I attempted to get checked in. The room keys were given to me in a recycled key holder. Not only was it unsanitary, but cheap. Those cards are a dime a dozen. Why so cheap? Property was unkept. Got to the room, stained bedsheets. Took a pic to show the hotel clerk because I wanted my money back. The clerk tried to finesse me into getting another room. I asked her how she could guarantee that the other bedsheets were not stained? She apologized and proceeded to lie and say they were doing construction. Make it make sense. Told her again I want my money back. She tells me she spoke with her manager, he is 25 minutes away from the property and he will provide a refund. I had to ask for a receipt because she was going to let me leave without offering it. This is the second time I reserved a spot from owners originally from India. It’s almost as if they don’t care about keeping their establishments clean or what their occupants think. I left immediately and went right next door to the Sheraton hotel. Not caring how much a room for 3 nights cost. I learned my lesson. I will from now on stay away from hotels/motels owned by these people. It’s a shame because I love their food. Do better.

When washing towels, they need to wash them separately from things that smell like food. The shower towels smell like barbecued pork. We were on the first floor, adjacent to other people who don't understand that. Sunday morning is a sleep-in morning for the Western world. Some individual, and I assume his kid, decided to have a 10-minute conversation in the hallway at around 8:00 a.m. The hotel addressed it. But our sleep was still disrupted. So if you're looking for a place where you can sleep in on a Sunday morning on the first floor, this is probably not the best place for you.
