“Our first night was fabulous...gym was great....room was clean....bed was comfy...and staff was professional and helpful....breakfast was tasty...parking was ample and convenient...BUT second day when we came back in the afternoon our window area had about a dozen FLIES buzzing inside that we had to kill. We mentioned it to staff which said sorry it was due to warm weather it happens....and that night we had guests above us that we could here until 1 in the morning making noise above……

“The staff was very helpful . Our GPS stopped working and a staff member went on her computer to print out mapquest directions for us . On the negative side, the TV screen was blown so TV did NOT work . I reported this to staff at check in . We were not planning on watching TV so that was not a big deal . There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door , so the cleaning staff missed that one . Other than that , we were satisfied with our stay .”

Booked through Expedia and despite one of 3 couples in the entire lodge, when we asked for a king bed we were told that there were none available. Also told by front desk personnel that a third party booking will put you in less desired rooms. ? Like really? We stayed 2 nights and booked it weeks ago. Maybe not worth the price for two nights during the……

“Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.”
