Staff was welcoming and the room was very clean comfortable bed I got a good rest it was just one night because my A.C went out at my house so yes the A.C works great

Dog walk area was full of cement pieces and poop bag dispenser was empty

This place once shined a long time ago, you can tell. It’s pretty run down, it’s not fancy so don’t expect it to be. The beds are rough, everything just looks rough. However, I was looking for something wallet friendly. I wasn’t going to be in the room very long, just needed a place to sleep. I stayed here two nights. Beds are rough, pillows are thin, sofa bed was run down. Kitchen had nothing, not even soap so don’t expect it. Sheets were clean, bed was made when I came back, AC worked. Elevators terrified me, they shake and rattle. But the room was clean I didn’t see any mice poop or roaches so that’s a plus. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Overall it filled my needs but I was ready to leave.

The cards to our room didn’t work when we got to our room, called and employee came his card wouldn’t work either he said the door lock battery must’ve died. He went and got new keys and new room. The cards worked the first day, second day we had to have the keys re done because none would open our door again. The room was clean but the floors outside of elevators looked like something that been spilled and was left for several days didn’t get cleaned. There were no towels on the clean towel rack at the pool we had to ask for them every time we went swimming.
