“Tout était parfait”

“What a fun and fabulous hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and bilingual, which was wonderful since my Spanish is a bit rusty. The location makes it easy to access all the sites in the historical part of the city. The old buildings and tunnels to access various parts of the hotel were stunning. The room was comfortable and updated with a spa shower. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sevilla.”

“Le Check -in pas avant 19H30. Le check-out 10hrs. Demande d'une caution de 700 euros. Sinon la carte d'identité a été gardé par l'hôte ce qui est illégal. La présence d'un chien sans une surveillance humaine pas très rassurant. Quand à la chambre aucune commodité pas de penderie pas de lampe de chevet . La housse et les oreillers pas très propres Pareil pour la salle de bain pas de crochet pour suspendre . Le petit-déjeuner bien. ”

“The location was excellent - minutes to the central area, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. There is a car park close by, charging by the hour. The hotel restaurant breakfast offered many options. Staff was very friendly and offered suggestions for things to do close by. ”

“Charming "Frenchiness", well preserved building with tasteful interior design; not "boutiqued". Well located in a lively neighborhood, still a quiet register once in the hotel. The attached Café also deserves credit, as a complement to the hotel per se. I'll repeat the selection when in Marseille again.”

“This is a fully automated , self-service unstaffed investment property (with Hotels.com should make clear and rate on a different scale than full-service hotels). The construction is brand new, so it was impeccably clean, though sterile and lacking human-centered design elements (extra outlet by bed, place to hang a face towel, little things). There is nothing human or personal about it, except the "concierge" who texts you back when you contact the establishment. (She was nice.) I did not……
