El hotel tiene una súper ubicación. El personal súper amable y profesional. Especialmente Pedro en el restaurante. No le di las 5 estrellas porque necesitan ajustar la descripción en el website (el desayuno es a la carta. No bufete y no tiene shuttle al aeropuerto) y porque estaban iniciando una remodelación. Pero con todo muy recomendable si se quiere experimentar La Condesa

Property and staff were great. Challenge was lack of hvac system, meaning we had to keep windows open for air circulation but there were noisy guests making it difficult to sleep well on some nights.
