We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property). “This place is a scam. They make false claims and don't own up to it. Very rude staff and very run down. It was such terrible environment that we spent the night at another hotel and this one did not give our money back. Don't waste your money here!”
