This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness.
The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful.
If you do still decide to stay here and you want to order food for children, do not order the pizza. You will be disappointed. Other food options were okay.
Thankfully, we only stayed one night. My family and I were very disappointed so I want to make sure future Expedia users know what they’re getting into. Expedia should require property hosts to post photos within the last year or two.

I never reviewed a resort before as I never been that disappointed. If I could put 0 star I would. I made a reservation at this resort for 3 people, my husband my 14 years old daughter and me, for a 7 nights vacations so I booked a room with two queen beds.
They had overbooked the hotel and the only room left was a 1 bedroom. Until 11pm they told me that they were going to put an extra bed for my daughter and that the next day they will switch us room so we were like ok but then they did not had any extra bed! So we finally slept at 3 adults in 1 bed! No excuses, nothing. We left the day after and get refund from Expedia for the 6 remaining nights and we booked another resort. by the way this is not a 4 stars resort, everything is old, outdated, broken, the buffet sucks.

El apartamento estuvo bien a nivel de equipamiento, el problema fue el servicio de Balcones, tuve un inconveniente en el apartamento a las 11pm y no respondieron hasta las 930 del próximo día, no tienen capacidad para dar un servicio en caso de ser necesario. Limpia localidad con pésimas atenciones, una pena.
