"Check in was smooth. Diana, one of the managers, welcomed us upon arrival and took my number to keep in touch throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. She also said goodbye and asked us for in person feedback on our way out to make sure everything was good on our trip. The resort is on a steep hillside, but the trolleys come on a regular basis. Buildings 17-19 are probably the most convenient to access the lobby and the pool/beach if you decide to walk up the stairs (totally doable). Our group had 3 girls sharing a room and stayed in 19105 (2 double beds and a pullout couch) - the room was cleaned daily, fridge restocked daily, AC worked well and a ceiling fan kept the room extra comfortable. The amenities were great - we enjoyed all 6 à la carte restaurants (1 - Guy Fieri’s burger bar was open for lunch service only), 1 buffet restaurant, 5 bars and a coffee bar. The coffee bar had amazing hand crafted coffees and fresh pressed juices. Food was good everywhere we ate. The gym was indoors (AC). Daily poolside and evening entertainment (main building) was fun. The resort is very family friendly and the complimentary activities at the beach were great and easy to book. Costa Rica had excellent excursions and activities for everyone. The nexus group was helpful in selecting and booking activities. The staff at Planet Hollywood CR have to be the kindest and most helpful I’ve experienced at any AI resort. We loved our stay! "Incroyable endroit de paix! Propriété magnifique avec chevaux, si singes… la cabane rustique tient bien c’est nom, c’est rustique! Mais l’expérience vaut la peine. Le manager sur place est d’une gentillesse et d’un dévouement incroyable! Sans voiture, l’endroit n’est pas très facile d’accès, mais avec une voiture il n’y a pas de problème. C’était le stop parfait avant de traverser au Nicaragua."

"Es un buen hotel, cuenta con lo necesario para hacer actividades sin salir del hotel a un precio razonable. En relaciòn al restaurante, los precios deben ser màs accesibles para los que se hospedan ya que todo queda lejos del hotel, recomiendo alquilar vehiculo. El desayuno buffet estuvo excelente. Por ùltimo y no menos importante, deben poner Aires acondicionados porque ir de vacaciones y tener que dormir con calor no es còmodo. Solo tienen un abanico de techo en el medio de la habitaciòn que el aire no llega a las camas. El personal muy atento, en especial el guia Carlos del recorrido a caballo."

"This is a beautifully-crafted, very clean hotel. The staff are helpful and kind. Breakfast is cooked to order with beautiful trays of fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The grounds are lovely, and all around are huge, magnificent trees full of many birds. One one side of the hotel is a market, and on the order side is a very good restaurant. There are several beaches nearby, but my favorite beach is a short drive north in the wildlife refuge."
