"Grounds and room were clean, staff was helpful and friendly, my only negative would be the noise from the highway but to be expected when you are traveling and booking rooms with easy expressway access."

"First of all, if you’re going to be a resort you really can’t charge $28 dollars a night for a mini fridge the kind you see in dorm rooms. Most hotels have fridges, microwaves and coffee makers in the rooms. It seems like Mt Airy charges for everything. Late checkout for example. The person at the checkout counter was totally not helpful regarding that. We bought two robes With the my airy logo $75 and without $80. Weird. Room service menu underwhelming. Plus our first order was late wrong and not great. Breakfast was the only good meal for room service. Long wait for valet parking. Always understaffed. These things are not good enough for a resort and casino. We’ve been to enough places to compare. Sorry to complain."
