“⚠️ WARNING – VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ⚠️
We arrived at this property in the Poconos around 8 PM, and from the moment we walked in, we were extremely disappointed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the rooms, the door was broken, and the hot tub was not ready to use and needed hours to heat up.
Because of the condition of the property, we decided to leave the very next morning around 9 AM.
Afterward, the owner tried to charge us for damages that, from our experience, were already……
