Very family friendly ,clean, professional staff

I accidentally booked a smoking room. I called a couple of days before my reservation and they said they do not have any available nonsmoking rooms. I kept the reservation and upon arrival, they accommodated and put us in a non smoking room. The room was not the cleanest. The comforter was ripped and stained. The sheets were old and piling (little lint balls due to # of washes). The towels were dirty with visible dirt, leaves, and hair. I wiped the area around the sink with a Clorox wipe and it was not clean. Toothpaste was visible on the faucet. The door was open upon arrival allowing spiders and flies to enter the room… the list goes and on and but it was just one night.

Place was nice and clean. It’s kids friendly in terms of activities. My kids enjoy it really well. We had fun. Next time will book around when the pool is open. Very good place for a family. Thank you Ana for all your prompt responses to our questions.
