"The St Regis is Goa is an exceptionally good resort. The property is beautiful and very thoughtfully integrated with nature. The staff are outstanding in their attitude and kindness. We were travelling as a family including my mother who is in her 80s and she was a bit unwell for part of the trip. The caring approach of the staff towards her wellbeing was nothing short of exceptional."

Everything is very well maintained but services need improvement.while Corta’s ia good but itherwise food lacks taste and house keeping needs to improve theor response time and so soes the buggy service. "I had a wonderful stay at Simrose Resort in Agonda, and what truly stood out was the exceptional staff and restaurant experience. The team were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The service was consistently excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious—definitely one of the highlights of my trip. On my first night, I did experience some noise from the restaurant while staying in a beach hut, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way the staff handled it completely turned things around. Without any hassle or questions, they upgraded me to a rooftop room the very next day. That level of responsiveness and care really impressed me. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding. The staff genuinely care about their guests, and it shows. I would highly recommend Simrose Resort for anyone visiting Agonda."
