You get what you pay for. I stood at the front desk for about 15-20 mins waiting for hotel staff. There is a phone that is labeled something along the lines of "If you need hotel staff pick up phone and dial 0". Every time I tried it gave me a busy signal. The first floor reeked of cat pee. The king suite wasn't much of a suite at all. For some reason the queen bed rooms have the Jacuzzis, not the kings. It had a table with chairs and a broken recliner that makes it a suite. I checked the mattress and there were no signs of bed bugs. I was not able to shower as the mechanism to make water come out of the shower head was broke. The bed was super comfortable though and the air con worked really well. There are vending machines for snack and drinks as well as a water dispenser. Staff was nice. Location is amazing. It's right next to a Walgreens and many restaurants for walking or doordashing. If I am in a financial pinch, I would stay here again.
