"It's an older hotel with orginal cinderblock walls, that has been very nicely renovated as best as possible. Wood ceilings have been cleaned up and well stained. Nice big beds and good sized refrigerators and stoves. Parking is easy and right outside your door. The downside is noise carries between rooms, as we heard the next door guests easily a few times, but most folks are peaceful. It's in downtown Blaine, so a nice walk all around. A great few restaurants around, a grocery store, coffee, ice cream, fuel and more. Also reasonably priced."

"The owner made the check-in process easy. I got to the property late in the evening and the check in was easy. The cabana was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is in the main house right as you enter the house. Overall a great stay. "

"A unique place for a family vacay with everything you need. Games,access to private beach all in a secluded setting. You even get to see planes land and take off!"

"Very cute and spacious rental at Birch Bay. Had all the amenities we could have wanted. Wish there were black out curtains in the bedrooms to block out bright parking lot lights, but otherwise a perfect stay. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future."
