“Loved the setting and the views, including the balconies. We came in early November and lucked out with sun/no rain. Great walks on the beach and around the area. Well furnished, complete kitchen. Maybe a little frayed around the edges in places but better than many other places we've stayed at. Good communication from the property manager. The only real negative was the cleaning. There were mascara marks facing out on one of the towels, impossible to miss. One of the toilets had not...

“We've stayed at this rental several times and it completely fits our needs. Great views, beach frontage with kayak storage (steep stairs to beach), and everything you need including a gas barbecue and extensive patio.”

“Lovely short stay at Birch Bay. Property was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a small family reunion. Location was windswept (it was early March, so unsurprising!). Beds were very comfy. House warmed up quickly when the furnace was put on, although we had to turn it off overnight as we found it a little noisy, but that was our personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great property.”

“I was happy with our vacation home. It was clean and had plenty of space for 4 people. The location is great. You can walk to the Way Cafe, C's Candy shop, and the Bay. The beds were comfortable. The master and another bedroom face east so if you are sensitive to early morning summer sunrises, I would recommend a sleep face mask. If we ever travel to this area again, we would definitely stay here. ”

“You can't get any closer to the water unless you're on a boat! With some patience and luck, you might spot eagles on the beach or some Orca Whales. Each day filled with changing tides and lots of boats/ocean activities floating by to mesmerize you. On a clear day, you'll see Mt Baker and the Olympic Mountain Range. House was sparkling clean on arrival, very bright, spacious and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, towels, toiletries even ample laundry supplies. Bring your own fishing poles,...

“The converted hanger was a great place to stay. It met our needs for beds for the night. Beds were very comfortable. At the nearby beach we met nice people and saw orcas!”
