“The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated and dog friendly which was wonderful. It had all the comforts that we needed. If you are looking for a view, this won’t be the place for you. We went in the fall and were surrounded by trees, so watching the leaves fall was lovely. The only challenge we experienced were the directions that were sent to us after we booked the accommodation. The directions were in French (which makes sense as we’re in Quebec!) but I had difficulty translating……

“Séjour plus que parfait. Grâce au temps mauvais, nous avons été en mesure d'encore plus profiter du superbe chalet. Il est super accueillant et chaleureux, nous avons adoré ses commodités que ce soit le spa, la composition du chalet, et même sa proximité aux sentiers de randonnée que nous avons pu utiliser malgré la température.Le paysage entourant le chalet est magnifique.”

“We had a fantastic stay - the space is thoughtfully designed, comfortable and spacious. We stayed in to cook some of our meals and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and dining area. The views over the St. Lawrence were even better than we hoped. The outdoor fireplace and hot tub were very nice features to have. Thank you!”

“La Charlebois 24 is, indeed, a tranquil retreat. It is close to Baie St. Paul and on the River route to Malbaie. We were two adults and two dogs (we brought our dog crates). The space was perfect for us. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped. Our host was responsive and helpful. A very enjoyable stay. ”
