Hotel staff was excellent. Manager was helpful and very responsive. Rooms were clean and comfortable-though TV could have been bigger, they were small. Was nice to have a breakfast buffet-though it could have offered more options. Water park was amazing-kids loved it. Very family friendly. Please note-they offer family rooms with bunk beds, the bunk beds are for small children-they only rate to 50 pounds.

This hotel is the only hotel my family and I like to stay at. Clean rooms, adjoining rooms, staff is always friendly and great. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. Hot tubs(yes more than one!) are awesome and one of the top reasons we choose this hotel. The location of the hotel is also great. Close to dining and shopping.
