The villa is located in an area with good communication between Pollensa and the highly demanded beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Formentor and Cala San Vicente, which will allow you to easily access these locations.
Inside, the villa offers a spacious living room, with plenty of natural light, where you can relax and spend time with your loved ones.
It also has an independent kitchen, fully equipped, which will allow you to prepare your favorite meals with your family and friends.
It has two bedrooms on the first floor and one more bedroom on the second floor. On the second floor there are also two bathrooms, while on the first floor there is an additional bathroom.
The villa has a nice swimming pool and a garden with lawn where you can cool off, relax, sunbathe and enjoy the good Mediterranean climate. It also has a large porch with tables for outdoor dining after preparing a good barbecue on the barbecue.
