“The accommodation was quiet, private, nice and comfortable. The second bedroom was not air conditioned but we only needed the one air conditioned bedroom. The eating area was outside and covered which was okay, because there was always a breeze. Probably a little bit cramped for a family of more than three. Check-in was a breeze and the host was very accommodating with questions.”

“It is the tropics, so very warm! We had a hard time sleeping because the fans were insufficient in cooling down the bungalow. It would have been nice to have a window AC unit and blackout curtains to block the afternoon sun.
However, the views are amazing and the breakfast was good. The location is convenient and they provide transportation from the airport to the bungalows. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for a guide, which was needed to enter the sites and helped us purchase the...

“Tatiana goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! There is no internet currently and only a communal television and kitchen. Although a no frills accommodation, Cabañas Makupuna makes up for it in quiet, peace, and tranquility. I most definitely would stay here again!!!!! ”
