“They upgraded us to the penthouse! For graduation day, it was absolutely wonderful! Will definitely stay again ❤️”

They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we……

“We were initially excited when we were told we had been “upgraded” to a bungalow from the 2-double bed garden-view room we originally booked. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly faded once we arrived and saw the accommodations. The bungalow had an unusual smell and very little lighting, which made the experience less enjoyable than we had anticipated. What was presented as an upgrade didn’t necessarily feel like one. I also would not recommend renting a cabana. In my opinion, it simply isn't……

“Lily our house keeper is friendly and very helpful. Exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay!”
