"My stay had a mix of positives and frustrations. On the downside, one of the elevators was out of service, which made getting around quite inconvenient. The wait times were very long, and when an elevator finally arrived, it was often already full. The amenities were also a bit underwhelming—there was no hot tub, and the pool was quite small. Breakfast was another disappointment. I expected a better variety of fruit, but the options were limited to apples and oranges, with pineapple only occasionally available. Additionally, the breakfast menu didn’t match what was actually being served, which was frustrating. That said, there were some highlights. The room itself was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant overall."

The Spa was amazing with excellent views of the ocean. Loved that we were able to get beach chairs and towels from the hotel. I only wish that the waterfall feature in the main entry way was working while we were visiting. "
