“There were bugs on the bed and pillow, and the bedding had stains that made it look unwashed. I asked to shorten my reservation to one night, but a male staff member told me no and said there was nothing he could do. Later that same day, I found more bugs on the bed and decided to check out a day early without a refund just to leave the hotel. At that point, another front desk employee suddenly offered to change my room.
The second room was not much better, the door looked like it had been……

“A very nice holiday, lovely restaurants with friendly welcoming staff and some very nice stone buildings on the sea front which were very Italian in architecture which at night with the trees and lighting created a very nice ambiance. We had a sea view room which was great and a reasonably sized balcony for a room service breakfast which was only a £5 supplement as we had breakfast included so well worth it overlooking the bay. “My mom and I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly helpful, caring, and always had a cheerful attitude that made the atmosphere so warm and inviting.
The hotel itself is spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained. Our suite was spacious, extremely comfortable, and offered a stunning view that we couldn’t get enough of. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
