"Very nice cottage located on an island. The place was nice and clean and many amenities were provided. My friends and I had a lot of fun! The sunsets were also gorgeous when sitting on the docks. Would have been nice to have wifi, but host provided many dvds to watch throughout the stay. Host was also very nice and always responded within minutes. Would definitely recommend a stay!"

"The cottage was very nice and fully stocked. It was perfect with young kids. The outside lawn between the 2 large maples is where we spent so much of our time playing games and running around. It has everything you need to make for a perfect stay. The addition of linens and towels were so convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Overall good experience. Nice quiet cottage on scugog lake about 90 minutes from the city. Spacious and enough room for six adults. I wish the portable air conditioner worked a little better, but overall good experience, would book again."

"We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It is exactly as advertised. Enough room for the 9 of us and lots to do. We especially enjoyed the garage setup with the ping pong table and pool table as well as the lakefront view and hot tub. Ricky was a great host. He was very attentive and responsive. If we had one suggestion it would be to provide a few more kitchen items like a couple of extra pots (only one small and one lg were there) and perhaps some old cleaning cloths for dirty spills. Nice sandy bottomed lake which we enjoyed most days. We are already discussing the possibility of returning next year if it's available."

"The dock being located a very short walk away was a bit of an inconvenience but the spot was nice. Never used the hot tub…was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. However host addressed right away and sent a cleaner the next day. It took 2 days for the water in the tub to heat back up and another day to clear. We decided not to use it. But it dod become very clean. All in all a nice place for the price and so easy to get to."

"Online indicated there was WIFI, but being IT professionals, we could not log on. Made numerous calls to seek help, and they said there were no problems. We spent lots of time why we could not log on, only to diagnose that only one user can log in at a time. The shower door keeps on opening causing water to spill out. There were no mats in the washroom. The living room, is very small, and the fan keeps running in anticlockwise, there is no way the remote could be used effectively. Except for the...
