“Over all the house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could use more kitchenware. Our host was very honest with letting us know of any issues there was with the property. He was very accommodating and communication was easy. The yard was large but the grass was not cut till the last days we were there. So we were hesitant to use the yard. Overall it was perfect for what we needed.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. ”

“I would have given this a 5 star review, however, when I got into bed that night I had the strangest feeling based on the smell (not clean sheet smell) that it was possible the sheet had not been changed. Thee is no way I could prove this and I was exhausted from driving 1000 miles to get there. I'm 81 yrs old and didn't have the energy to get out of bed, dress, repack etc etc etc. Other than the smell, that's my take on it.”

“I had a late check-in and I felt like the front desk girl was literally waiting for me and I was so grateful! The room was large and well appointed and sparkling clean! Breakfast was hot (or cold as needed) and it was all clean and inviting! Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!!”
