“First, the bad - in the middle of a hard winter storm I took a half-hour shower and the hot water ran out. Now, the good - the hotel room was head and shoulders above what I expected, with a small but functional kitchen and finishes that were less luxurious than comfortable. In the middle of a hard winter storm the staff were universally friendly, including at both hotel and bar, which each deserve their own extremely positive reviews.
