"No problem with the house. It was clean and plenty of beds. There was a problem sleeping due to dogs barking (probably at cats) from 10:00 to 4:30 am. You might try the outdoor dog barking deterrent. It cost less than $30. Maybe a coffee table in the living room for drinks. Only one bedroom had a mirror so 4 women crowding one bathroom is not the best. Consider a cover for the patio coming summer."

"We enjoyed our stay at Canaima Villa. The house was spacious and allowed for us to spread out when we wanted but also had a very large table which was great when we all gathered together. Roads and highways were easily accessible from the property. The bedrooms were good sized with plenty of comfortable beds."

"The house was as expected, was clean with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was in a rough part of Mineral Wells, but we went for a walk & had no issues with the neighbors. It is definitely the nicest house in a few block radius. The drive to downtown was very fast & spent all of our time down there with cute shopping & restaurants. The Crazy Water hotel has a nice new restaurant & shopping on the 1st floor that was pleasantly surprising. Overall was a good trip!"

"Jim and all the staff at Lake Godstone were incredible. Our students had a wonderful stay at the lodge and enjoyed many of the available activities and sites. Jim was very generous in offering us more space and activities that we hadn't paid for. Overall it was a wonderful visit."

"We had a great weekend staying in "The Roost". It's so pretty and quiet. We were greeted by deer each morning and enjoyed the fire pit and sunset in the evenings. And Jim made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again."

"We came into town to float the Brazos for my birthday so super casual time and expectations. Driving to the property we were apprehensive on what to expect but pulled up to a house that has an amazing view. Could sit out all day and look over the valley and trees. Which brings me to the biggest point - why no patio furniture?! None whatsoever. Disappointing for a huge patio and absolutely gorgeous view. We were there for multiple meals and disappointed to find very minimal kitchenware. They did...
